Driven by a deep belief that transformative technology can change lives, I founded Richter Advisory Collective to partner with MedTech companies as a trusted strategic consultant, board member, and fractional executive. My work is rooted in one goal: helping innovators bring meaningful solutions to patients faster. I collaborate closely with founders, investors, leadership teams, and subject matter experts to unlock growth through agile clinical, regulatory, operational, and go-to-market strategies.
With more than 20 years in medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health, I’ve seen firsthand that success isn’t just about great ideas — it’s about having the right people at the right time, working in sync. As Executive Vice President & General Manager at a global MedTech consultancy, I led a 450+ person Contract Research Organization (CRO) team, guiding regulatory, quality, clinical, commercial, and market access programs for innovators around the world. My earlier leadership roles at Medtronic, Covidien, and Becton Dickinson shaped my expertise in commercialization, sales leadership, physician engagement, patient advocacy, and operational transformation.
Giving back is an essential part of this work. I’m honored to serve on the boards of MedtechWOMEN and UCLA’s Technology Development Group, and to advise early-stage companies, accelerators, and academic programs including MedTech Innovator, UC Berkeley’s Master of Translational Medicine, Stanford Biodesign Faculty Fellows, and UCLA Biodesign.
A proud UC Berkeley graduate with a B.A. in Communications and Business Administration, I find joy outside of work in traveling, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and pretty much anything that involves animals.
